Its junk... whenever i spray mine, it comes out soo fast, it over sprays, and when i try to spray each item really quickly, it gets un even... IS ther a way to make the paint come out of the can slower

cause warm water = fatser

Yikes! That stuff is awful even through an air brush! In fairness, it is good for some applications, but for your problem an air brush is the answer.

Actually it's pretty decent through an airbrush, but Tamiya TS Silver Leaf looks like airbrushed Testors, w/o having to use the airbrush.

Testors quality control (an oxymoron if I ever have heard one) on their paint cans and nozzles is terrible. They use the cheapest components possible. It's almost guaranteed to make for disappointing results.

Airbrush or Tamiya sprays. I won't touch Testors spray can products whatsoever.

And if you want anything that resembles chrome, you must have an airbrush and use Alclad chrome. All the others look more like polished metal.

yes. i use silver leaf, but i thought that Testors chrome would have a decent appearence, without the expense of tamiya, caus ei do'nt want to use all of my silver leaf

Sorry, but anything Testors from a can can't even compete w/Tamiya, and I totally understand you wanting to conserve the Tamiya if it's hard to get. I've heard of people using Krylon chrome with good results. Almost anything is better than Testors...

I like Testors Model Masters chrome silver. Works well with Testors airbrush thinner, looks exactly like Plastikote Chrome touch-up spray, but doesn't shine like real chrome does. Still, it's way better to brushpaint/spray than Tamiya X-11.
