Engine Swap on Acoord

Alright, My friend as a 90 Model Accord, can't exactly remember the year on it. He just blew a head gasket on his engine, and while the people who was working on his engine took the gasket off, they realized that his head was warped. Anyway to the question. He wants to know if he could drop a 2.2 DOHC Vtec out of a 97 Accord into his car without having to do a lot of work to it. He is asking the guys in the accord forum and I told him I would check in here since their are a lot of people in here who might know something about accords also. He would like to know ASAP.
