Road Rage...Do you Think I Was Right Doing This??

It's school holiday's here at the moment and town is fill of the little snot-nose ass-holes who want to be big show.offs.

Today i had to take my car into town (because the wife was working and i couldn't take hers) and get a few things.
I took my son with me and we got a park in town and went to do our shopping.
When i got back one hour later, 4 little ass-holes about 12-14yrs and one agout 17-18 had decided to sit there big lazy fucken arses on the bonnet of my car to have a smoke and a feed.
When i saw this i thought i'd try and be cool and ask them to leave and have some respect for my car.
Well the 17-18 year old started to act all tough and told me to fuck off and wait tell they finished there smoke and feed.
I asked him again to leave...he told me to take my son (who's 7yrs) and go fuck myself.
Well this was the last straw for me....i lost the plot !!!

I grabbed this little cunt and threw him across the footpath into the shop wall....gave him a left hook to the guts followed by a right to the end of his fuckin butt ugly face.
He wasnt so cool looking with a busted lip and blood coming out his nose.

His so called "mates" done the big runner and left him.

Now i'm not the voilent type....but this just really pissed me off.

Do you think i was right in what i done.....didnt set a very good example to my son who i try and tell to walk away from bullshit like this.

I would have told them to get off like you did, then when they didn't, get in the car, start it up and reverse real quick so they all slip off the car and fall on their arses :D:D

But your method would probably work better in the long run...I don't think those guys are likely to do that again......

Well if I was on your place they wouldnt have got off that easy, I would have probably knocked him uncontious. Not because I am emotionally unstable but because I've been thru a similar thing once before and it pays to let them know that its unwise to mess around with you, so they dont come back smashing your car windows or harassing you son. If that does indeed happen (god forbid) then youll probably know what to do best, ie find out who they are and pay them a visit, with a couple of mates and a crowbar - harsh I know but this type of sh!t has no place in society and they either get the message at their early age or they grow up to be criminals and lowlives.:aug2:

I don't think you were out of line, but yeah, I'd worry about what your kid thinks about it. Make sure you sit him down and talk about it... :)

Well i've had time to talk to my son about it and his reply was "no body touches ya car... right dad?"....lol
I still believe he's frightened by the whole thing though.

I guess now i feel more disappointed in myself for doing this in front of him.....but hey.....what are you meant to do with these lowlifes.

Well i've thought about this all night....got up this morning and now i'm more pissed off then ever. You shoudnt be afraid of that. The assholes who did this are obviously teenage morons - dopeheads, school dropouts, I bet theyve been in trouble with the law previosly. Who is the police going to believe? You, of course, not them. If they have enough brains to sue(which I doubt) just think how ridiculous they are going to look in court, they probably wont even be able to get a proper lawyer.
Of course you dont have to go to these lengths and can just ignore it and forget it ever happened, but its a question of principle really - if someone disrespected my family I'd make their life living hell, and make them wish their fat slut of a mother took the pill back then.

Way to go Primara man! You NEVER allow people to lean on a car. But's 'ass' dents in it ;). I would say it was a bit overkill in the first place, but with attitude thrown at you, and his refusal to get off your car - he was asking for trouble.

PM I think you handled it alright but maybe it could have been done a bit better. Your car is obviously important (Duh) yet so is your son, I guess your worried cause you just physically fought a kid that was being an Ass. Maybe I would have wiated. I think your also worried that you son (Who isn't much younger than some of the kids right?) feels that you may do that also when he's not around or something right? it's totally new to him but, later he'll understand.

Personally, I would have just disregarded them and got in my car and drove of witht hem on or off the "bonnet" that's the hood for NAicans. That way you're not in contact with them.

I took the car into my painters today and he done a excellent job. He went to work with a buffer and some sort of rubbing compound and got the marks out with no need to paint it.
It took all the swirls etc out so i ended up leaving the car there while he done the whole car :D :D

Primera Man is a very happy camper now !!!!

Still pissed off about the snot nose in the first place.....but hell....the cars looking "Sweet As" now !!!

However, the bigger problem seems to be your son.
My advise to you is to do what my dad did.
He didn't shelter me from the truth and flat out told me, that it takes a bigger man to walk away, however, there may be a time when you can't. There is nothing wrong in getting physical as needed. Make sure he knows what as needed is. That is probably the point you need to stress the most.

You should have just gotten in your car, and quickly reversed, sending him on a bad trip back to terra firma. :)
