changing instrument cluster color

Hi.
Does anyone know if you can change the gauge colors of a 02 obs to look exactly like the VW cars. (black background/white numbers during the day, but red and blue during the night). I used to have a 2000 jetta and really liked the blue/red gauges. I've not seen anything on the net that replicates this for my outback sport. Any help would be appreciative.
