Isn't NOS just a brand-name? But why would anyone want it? Way too expensive...

you may want to look through other vehicle forums...

there are other types of vehicle sections that have nitrous forums...

i know the honda section does... i'm not sure who else does.

you may want to ask in an area that's familiar with domestic v8 nitrous, as it's different in application and hp numbers compared to imports...

NOS is actually not that expensive if you look at some of the other systems out there. the venom kit is SUPER expensive but it's very nice and also the NX w/ all the accesories costs a pretty penny. a standard NOS system costs like 500 bucks...

You may just want to visit the respective websites of different companies. They will most likely have the information you are looking for.;)

i've got a few nitrous gurus here at work at stylin concepts, and we deal mainly with the sport truck market, so someone here should be able to help you out.

and we have some vehicle specific (gm v8 specific) nitrous applications.

but that's just what we've got. not install info and what not. install is straight forward. follow the directions and it's easy.

you can run a much larger shot on your motor than what an import can, as i noted, which those kits will be set up to accomodate...

You should check out the forced induction sub-forum. You can ask any question about N2O, Turbocharging, or Supercharging. There is always someone that can probably answer any question you can throw at them. Just click the link below.
