flushed my radiator!

In a spewing geyser of ethelene-glycol and H20, I finally got around to flushing my radiator and changing the coolant in it for the first time. My car has almost 30k miles (or 48k kilometers to be global-friendly), so I figured it was due. I used prestone extended life, and used a 70/30 concentration. Does anyone know if this is a good coolant, because I haven't a clue when it comes to coolant or antifreeze.
