Just finish this to participate a local model show. Bare-metal foil helps alot.

Looks good. The Bare-metal foil looks very shiny. I am from HK as well. where did you get the bare-metal? and what brand is it? Modellers?

I tried to use MODELER's product, but not shiny enough.
The Bare-metal was bought at a hobby shop, namely Mr. Craft , when I traveled to Japan Tokyo earlier.
It really gives the effect!

That is one sweet little MG. I'm impressed with the BMF, it looks fantastic. I'm waiting for some that I ordered recently, I hope it looks as good as this when I have a go.

Your Corrado in the other threads is also excellent. Any other kits to share with us?

Thanks. I did the master for the resin body, but I didn't cast it. It's an obsolete All American Models kit-no longer available and they are out of business, but somebody is planning on producing them again at some point.

Just stumbled over your MGB, ( hope I didn't break it!!) Very fine job indeed. I've seen the use of this foil in several orher projects and really looks the job. As far as I know it's not really sold much outside the US, well , not in the Netherlands anyway. I'm about to finnish the same MGB, done in gray, wich is an early MGB colour. I added a scuttle board because it doesn't have one. On this it will receive a heater, pedalbox and fluid reservoirs. I can detail it because I have the real thing in my driveway so it really looks stupid with all those parts missing!

I'm affraid it doesn't have the beautifel chrome as you did but only the best possible Humbrol silver.

I have a question; since this a pretty old casting, not many modelkits get this far, I'm having trouble lining up and fixing the fenders to the stonegard. Any tips?

Okay, in relation to my previous reply I made a small mistake in size. I was talking about the 1/32 scale MGB and not the one this thread is about. But any way, does anyone have a solution to my fender problem?

It does not aply to the 1/24 version, neither does my addition of the missing parts for the hood doesn't open and it's lacking even more parts under the bonnet.
