Possible Server Problem?

I don't know where else to post this. I'm on AOL and its the only Internet Provider I use. When trying to access the forums through my certain parental control level, the page that has the posts on it is "Web Restricted" and I can't read it:( . Me being a modeling person, this kinda bugs me. I can't be moved to a different parental control level either. So, for those who are on AOL, you might not be seeing alot of us teens on here. Anything else that ccan be done?:confused:

Can you use AOL to connect, then browse with IE?

connect to col (crap online) and then just use explore
