Hi everyone,
As you can probably tell i am new here but i have been checking in on the forum for a few days now.
I have decided to have another go at modelling after a long break (about 7 years), the pictures of your cars and the helpful advice i have seen passed around has inspired me to try again.
None of my models ever had anywhere near the detail or shine of the ones in the gallery but hopefully my new efforts will be a bit closer.
My first projects will be trying to fix up the old models i still have lying around and build the ones i have been buying but not building over the years.
Here is a list of what i have to work on :
AMT 69 olds 4-4-2 W-30 still in box
Tamiya Ballade sports Mugen CR-X Pro still in box
Tamiya Castrol Nissan Primera JTCC 30% assembled
Tamiya Nissan Skyline R33 GTS 25t 30% assembled
Tamiya Honda NSX 80% assembled
AMT 67 Mustang GT fastback still in box
AMT 67 Mustang GT fastback 80% drag mod
Nichimo Mazda Savanna RX3 GT 80% assembled
Tamiya Zexel R32 GTR Skyline still in box
As you can see i have a bit of work ahead,
I look forward to sharing my models with you all

The 30% and 80% thing works like this
Theses are the old models and the 30s were cars where i opened the kit and got the chassis to the stage where i could mount the wheels, then gave the body a paint and put them together ( i was losing interest in building the models at this stage but still wanted to have them on display)
The 80s are models where i got them almost complete and lost interest or moved to another one and never really finished them off (mirrors, lights etc)
All of them need to be either polished or repainted as when i did them years ago if they were glossy out of the tin that was good if not well i didn't know what to do to fix it.
But now i do :)
so the restorations begin

So you are going to pull a P-man and steal the camera from work pretty much all the time, ehh (well, thats what P-man used to do).
