I am new and have a question

This may sound like I am a complete n00b but here it goes...How do you slam all these models. If you check on www.tinyimports.com and go to the gallery every car there is slammed and I know that you have to cut out the wheelwells but that doesn't slam the car jus makes the room for the wheels to go through when slammed...

most of those cars have body kits which makes them seem lower but to slam them like they do you have to do some cutting of the suspension parts and then like you said usually cut out the wheelwells so the tires don't rub.
