finally sucked in

yes well I was finally talked into buying a model. since everyone else I know seems to be building one.

I went and bought a Tamiya Nissan 350Z track(though I will probably do the right hand drive FairladyZ). which I thought might be original, but now that I have a close look at the forum not!

anyway, I will be looking up tips on here for how to do certain things.

one thing I can't find is how to do the black panel lines that P-man detailed.

Another one bites the dust :D


What color are you going to do it??? And HOPEFULLY you remembered the primer :D


I'll let PMan give you the run down on panel gaps- I personally- leave them out and just do them body colored :)

I've chosen to do it in the standard Chrome Silver TS-17

Read the FAQ, there is a painting guide in it, that has the way that Guiddy did panel lines, P-man just uses paint markers, which is easier, but less forgiveable...

The Guiddy way > the p-man way, but I do it the p-man way, too... :o
