I don' know for sure, but I would think so, since fuel injection is electronic and computerized (new fuel injection anyways) and it can be much more precise with gas flow than a carb...

Carb = More fuel flow.
EFI = More acurrate fuel distribution.

LOL, This is so stupid, but now I know what EFI stands for , I always thought it meant like Efficient or something.
