We (or at least I) can finally celebrate...

I did it! I dropped the last payment and I am now the proud poppa of a 1990 CRX DX (soon to be Si) which included a delivery fee so it should be here sometime within the next few days. I did notice on the car I'm going to be stripping front-end parts off of that it does have a Bro-speed exaust system, anybody think I should snag it? Also somebody grabbed my dizzy so I've got to find one, that donor CRX has one but personally I dont think I should have to buy another one since my car had one when I made my 1st payment on it (if you've not been around, I'm buying it out of a JY) and I do have photo proof of it. Eh well, at least I'm actually getting it. Also if anybody has a set of fenders for it, PM me. I've found pretty much everything else for it.

Way 2 go! i always wanted a Rex but i got a hatch instead lol. as for the fenders... find an 88 - 91 hatch at the JY with good fenders cuz they'll fit too or just take some off another rex out there... i'm sure they wont care lol. I got a rex fender on my hatch lol gotta love it:sun:

the yard I'm getting it out of only has five 4th gen civics, three sedans and two CRX's and one I just bought, the other one is the one with the Brospeed exaust but it's a DX as well. the fenders are beat up but I am getting the hood, bumper, and headlights (no marker lights, had clears but somebody grabbed them) there's a hatch in the yard next to it but the complete front body work is gone along with the engine and most of the interior (and they just brought the price down to $950)

i would knab the exhaust before it is gone......as for parts....do you still need anything i had?

OUCH! I bought my 89 Hatch for 700 Canadian with good body panels and it runs! drove it home 2 days after i bought it! lol thats harsh... and I take the 950 is american funds??? if it is tell them to lower the price to like 300 and someone might buy it! lol

they'll never sell that hatch... the CRX with the exaust is basically hidden and I've got first shot at everything on it so I'm not too concerned about losing the exaust, just askin if I should get it. ya got to realize these junkyards are buried in the rural country, nobody works on imports here but they want to charge outrageous prices for the parts. As for your parts slammed, I've still not made up my mind what I'm doing for the fenders but PM or IM me and we'll talk about it. I dont have a problem with modding them but shipping is my only question.

ur in NC right?? i know of a big import club out there... have u heard of the club Shadowz??? there from Charlotte NC so there prolly in a different area out there... me being canadian i dont know the states all that well lol but if ur close to them u'll prolly see them cruisin around, all there cars are stickered. check them out... www.shadowzcc.8m.com
