Turbo for Celica SX 90

I like to turbo my 90 celica SX

Is it recommendable to do it, has anyone done it and it turn out not satisfying ???

would it outrun a 94 Prelude if i put the turbo in ????

I don't know if it is recommended or not. Most likely it can be done. Probably an engine swap with an all trac turbo or somethin. If you manage to get the car turboed, it would certainly woop a prelude. ya heard me.:bloated: :huh: :buck :silly:

I've heard it might be a bad idea. Something about the engine not being strong enough to handle a turbo or something of that nature. The best recommendation is to drop a 3SGTE from an AllTrac in there, from what Ive heard.

If you goto www.gtfour.com, theres an article explaining how to turbo a non turbo celica, and it says to swap the engine for a 3SGTE.
