cleaning and protecting bumper

What is the best way to do this to a 96 white Maxima.I want something to put on there so i can wipe off the bugs and not have to wash the car if dont need it.I have waxed it but it still is hard to take them off thanks

Try a clay bar to get rid of any contaminants in the paint and then wax afterwards to protect it.
