Lexan Needles, Civic DX Gauge Conversion

I saw a few pictures of cars with the clear lexan needles. I noticed that the needles on a 2000 Civic aren't clear, and also a DX does not have a tach. Would a gauge cluster from an EX/Si be an easy swap into the DX, or better yet, is there a cluster of another car that has clear lexan needles would fit directly into my 2000 Civic DX? Or could I just buy clear Lexan needles for it from somewhere? Anyone have some info on gauge swaps?
