should i buy ?

i'm kinda new and i found an integra and wanted to get some opinons if i sould buy or now , its 1990 acura integra Ls And got 149k on it and the guy is selling it for 3,500 , should i buy or pass ?

sounds like way to many miles to me.... but thats just my opinion

too many miles for 3500...and for an 90 ls...ask him to drop off about a grand...then i would think about it. blue book value is like 2500. performance mods mean shit when buying a car...
