How To Wreck A Forum?

Old threads...I like to see the odd one brought up now and again,but to flood the board with the thoughts of long-departed former members is just postwhoring in my book.

What does the membership think?

The postwhoring is strong with mizzunderstood today.

Yes, postwhoring is not a bad thing, I like to call it making ones self visible in the AF community ;)

I voted that the ODD old post is ok.

I do not like floods of old posts, especially those that should remain left in the past.

Why not just start new threads and get thoughts from CURRENT members and only current members ????:confused:

I voted postwhoring as I feel it is the worse of the two evils of older threads that should be left dead.

A few old ones brought back now and then seems fine to me. They do seem to come in bunches though. Perhaps some folks can't think of something new.

Oaky, here's my question. How many old threads brought back would be cool in let's say a week? Because, I'm still a very new member & there's some pretty cool stuff in the archives that I'd like to add my replies to.

Well,from where I sit, most of the 2001 stuff is best left alone. I personally don't care what happened back then,I'd rather see the subjects started fresh so that I get opinions/feedback from people that I can talk to.Most of the early members have long since drifted away.

If the topic interests you,start a new thread.Reading what's on the keyrings of people I have never seen on the boards is quite frankly a bit bizzare.:bloated:

I got taken for a blat down the track in another GT-R that ran a 12.7 with me in the car. Real good fun, now I must buy a GT-R:rolleyes:
