Why would you want a spoiler that big on a front wheel drive car?

umm aint m3's rear wheel drive?
maybe they arnt but i dont know much about bmws
but all in all wings are ugly

but i was talking about the funny honda's with fwd and massive alum spoilers

Spoilers aren't always put on a vehicle for downforce, a lot of it has to do with looks as well. Pontiac puts nice looking spoilers on their Grand Am, Grand Prix, Sunfire, and Bonneville, all of those cars are front wheel drive.

But eh yeah...I don't like any of those. Not a big fan of those big aluminum wings. If I had a gun to my head and had to pick one, I might pick the first APR because it doesn't look that high up in the air.

yea my car is a hatch kinda no need for those wings

i understand the point about looks but honestly i dont see the aluminum spoiler that is a foot taller then the roof of the car and hangs about a foot off each side as an improvement to the looks of a car....

but i do agree with the spoiler as a decorative attachment the trans am spoiler makes that car sooo much better looking as well as adds some downforce to the rwd on it..

stock spoilers are ok
