I need new tires and I'm trying to decide between High Performance or Ultra High Performance. The obvious difference between them is the ultras handle higher speeds but what other differences are there? I use my car for daily driving so I'm wondering if the high performance tires will provide better traction in rain and snow than the ultras since they're not as sporty.

just get highperformance. i think ultra gives better dry traction, maybe wet too i dont know. but the treadwear is usually lower. and of course its only a dailydriver, no need to "autocross" it on the way to work. and with the rain/snow traction, it all varies. just check ratings of all different types.
