Its a red mark on your tach. You can also see it working, by revving the car up real high. It makes a funny noise. :D

std didnt come with a tach, you should know that kris :D
i havent recieved the si cluster from the guy im traing with yet...even then.....that would be the true redline on an a6, i need to know the TRUE redline on the d15b1, keep in mind that it has a different crank, head, and compression....i would prolly GUESS about 5700-600 at the most.

most honda red lines are about 400rpm lower than the rev limiter. so say if your rev limiter kicks in at 6800, then your tach would red line @ 6400.

It's 6000 man, The honda redlines are 500 rpms higher than the max horsepower rpm, hence the dx's max hp rpm is 6000 and the redline is 6500, on the STD's the max hp rpm is 5500 rpm at an amazing 70 hp, therefore the redline is 6000 rpm. However as someone mentioned before it will rev higher than that before it hits the limiter. Trust me man I have an STD I had to research this when I put my autometer in.
