Fuel pressure question...

A friend of mine got me the B&M CommandFlo FPR modifier, and the accompaning fuel pressure gauge to go along with it. So far I have the gauge put on, I'm gonna put the CommandFlo unit on this weekend. As of right now my FP is at roughly about 33psi when the engine is running. Is that high or low, or normal? I could have sworn I remember once hearing optimum should be roughly around 41 or so psi for a Civic. So far only engine mods I have are short ram intake, and A'PEXi World Sport exhaust. Am I at the correct psi for having those, or should it cranked up a little bit? Here's a pic of where it's at when my car is running...

the fuel pressure is different for every car, so 31 may be normal for your civic. but check in a service manual will give you the exact specs.

Also if you are leaving the gauge in there you should make sure that you get a Liquid filled Fuel Pressure gauge or it will bust within the next couple months.
