Anyone know a good program i can use to resize a .gif file without fuckin up the picture by makin it stay in the one frame that it is edited durin?

I forgot the name of the program, but they make PaintShop Pro. Awsome gif editing program.

The best program you can get is photoshop 7.0 or if not a scaled down version of it I belive its called photoshop elements.
Also i just remembered you can a free open source program called Gimp. And yes they have a windows version not just linux.

Photoshop and Elements won't work with animated GIF files, that is what Illustrator is for. I'll look for a free program for you then post a link.
