recommended lowering on 18's?

Whats up everyone, 1st post here. I just bought 18 inch racing hart z 5000 for a great price on Wheelmax: $1099 with tires, closeout special. Just wondering how much everyone recommends lowering it? im thinking just 1.75 in the front and 1.5 in the back or ground controls, adjustable. Also, anyone know if i'd have to roll my back fenders? thanks.
