I've seen a couple pictures of the car around the web but the only place I found where you can buy them is ebay. Anybody have an idea where to buy the w12's?

I haven't seen any for sale. But there is another topic on this forum called Good Die-Cast Car Sites, or something like that. I suggest you look through those sites and maybe you will find something.

Theres a shop here in Holland that has one.
Link to site
http://www.qualityscales.nl/html/content/search_prod_list.asp?maingroup=Modelauto+schaal+1% 3A18&secondgroup=Volkswagen&offset=20
They sell it for 29.50 €
It says that its made by Yat Ming, but I searched on the website of Yat Ming but could not find it listed there.
So it may nog be a Yat Ming model, don't know for sure.

I live in the center of Holland, I bought this W12 at a yearly market/show for classic cars and scale models.

Look at the top of this page, to the picture. The areintakes aren't black. Compare it to my picture a little bit down, I made the airintakes black.

I can't exactly see the air intake but I recommend acrylic paint for it. On my Hotwheels (the little ones) Saleen S7 I just swabbed a small brush over the edges of the door then smeared away the excess paint to leave a perfect black line in the indentation. You could do this on any indentation that's flat and that you could smear away the excess. Little vents and indentations can be painted to add a bit of detail. On most lambo diablos you can paint the very edge of the headlights (there's always just a line defining them) and then smeal away the excess. Gives a distinctive look.:p :bloated:
