I am not sure but if that is a black diablo, I think it belongs the Latrell Sprewell from the NBA. He has a car shop where a lot of entertainers buy wheels and upgrades for their cars. It is called Sprewell Racing. If you do a search it will come up on yahoo.

This particular care has been in many hiphop videos, I believe he rents it out.
