? about myfirst4g

here's the deal ali and i traded he had a wings west wing and a bra i wanted. I had a garrett turbo he wanted. we traded so i sent him the turbo so he can check it out and it worked perfect. he said okay i am send you the items. so i waited and three weeks later he tells me i should have gotten it . he said he sent it priority 2to 3 days i said nope never received it,so he went to post office to check it out . he said i'm sorry there is nothin i can do . i said it should have been insured , he said no that's weird. So i said do you have a copy of the receipt that i can see,he said i threw it away . damm that's stupid i said to myself. so what i plan on doing is taking him to court. i work at a law firm so it's pretty easy. this has happened to me before when i bought some integra seats off ebay guy didn't want to send them and he thought i was playing. my friend at the law firm called the local police and explained the situation. a long story short i got my seats and 500 bucks. if anyone knows him tell him what he in for . i just want my stuff.

what do you plan to resolve in an internet forum? seriously. i mean if your friend works at a law firm and supposedly you've been through this before, then you would know going through the police (or proper authorities) would get better results then posting in a forum.

this is at least the 5th claim i have seen against someone online. the 4 previous were found out to be "teens" playing on the net. it's getting old already.

since you say you sent a turbo to him, you should have his address and other info. use that info. there is nothing "we" can do about it.

i'll leave this an open thread. ali has the right to reply. however, if flamming begins, it will be locked. there are 5 moderators that keep an eye on this 1 forum. play nice :devil:

Not very honest yourself, taking the seats, and money.

i dont know what to think on this one.....ali has always seemed like a pretty honest guy that i would have trusted....

So what does this have to do with our forum? Have the police or your lawyers inform him........(dances around inside the post to see if Ami's watching)...

ur not the only 1 who hasnt received ur item from myfirst4g "ali" i sent him a money order for a teggy console & u know who US 4g'ers would luv a teg console so im just armrest & cupholders-less :crying: but its still hard earned money down the drain :angryfire

I agree with slammed on this. But we will just have to wait and see until ali comes online, hes probably celebrating christmas and probably will be on the 26th, or he might pop on christmas day, I am not sure.

Okay, first off, Yes, i did send both Larry's stuff and SyNFuL HaTcH's stuff..... Second, I was on vacation untill yesterday night, and today i picked up all my mail from the post office and i recieved Larry's stuff with a stamp on it that said Vacant Address on it, I have no problem resending it.

I have not gotten the Teg Console back, so as far as i know it has been sent and you should have recieved it. I do have the your recpit however and i will do my best to recover your missing item.

And lastly, please, all those who have read this post, i am not a bad guy, i love this forum and i actually LIVE by it.... I do not want to get a bad rep here.....

please let the forum know about the outcome of the transaction. and also i dont know when the items were sent but the mail is flooded right now because of christmas so they could have gotten lost or even delayed.

I will definatly do that and i would agree with you on the christmas thing, but i sent them a while ago, so i dont know what happened....
