New Car need help

Alright i just bought an 91 civic lx sedan. The problem is it wont start..
It has spark, It is dumping gas in the engine. But im throwing code 16 which is fuel injector. But the thing that is curious to me is, She said it ran the night before. she woke up and the thing didnt start. But the Gas tank is completely full. Do you think mabey Shity gas or Diesel? All it does is crank. Please some one help me. Oh yah its a 1.5 dual point injection... So please if you know of anything let me know.
