Im not sure if this is in the right forum but if not please tell me so i can move it... anyways i was wondering what are things i can do to a car that will still let me pass inspections? Like the exhaust suspensions etc... also is it illegal to have the corner lights and signal/bumper lights taken off?
im not sure if im calling them correctly - the ones that are at the corner of the bumper or the side and its very thin not the headlight itself

Exhaust and suspension shouldn't be a problem, but all the correct signalling lights should be put back on, at least for the inspection. If the lights were never stock in the first place (like side markers on a car that never had them in the first place) that's fine, but you should check local regulations on exterior lighting.
I know that side markers would be fine here, but if you have xenon bulbs or those weird windshield washer fluid squirter lights you'll never pass inspection where I live (Nova Scotia).
