old english could someone please tell me how or show me a tutorial on how to make the wheel wells wider lookin like this but bigger

shit if anybody could tell me how to change the wheel wells at all, let me know. I suck at photoshop when it comes to stuff like that. I have no idea what tool to use or where to start when widening wheel wells

there are several ways to do it none are better some are easier
1 look for wheel arches on another car and graft them on like you would anything else
2 hand draw it
3 cut and paste sections of the car that look the same shape as as whet you want to create
4 use a filter or other grafic program that lets you morph things and try and pull the gaurds out
