Depends if you used gloss paint to begin with. I assume you could be referring to orange peel, in which case you can either sand down with high grit sandpaper, and then polish, or just polish. Finish off with wax.

The problem is, I dun hve any sandpaper thaz over 1000 grids

If the paint is smooth, and the paint has hardened for a while, compound should do the trick.

Do you kno what do do with metallic paints? I don't get anything wrong with the paint besides that it has no gloss, but I dont wax/polish any of them. Is that why this happens? Could you use wood polish or car polish for a model with Tamiya spray paints?

I hve a mercedes GTR that is painted with Tamiya metallic blue and I didn't compound/wax it.
It turns out fine, but as u said, it is not shiny, but still it looks good because it is smooth

IMO, U might need clear coat for Tamiya metallic paints.

What I've discovered is that due to tamiya's metallic paints being lacquer, they have less of a shine. On the other hand, testors enamels require a silver basecoat, and then the topcoat of metallic specs, which has a better outcome.

I'd just clearcoat metallic paints.
