ES300 turn signal light change?

It seems the turn signal bulbs are hidden beneath the front wheelwell 'covers' or beneath similar covers under the hood. I can't find any pictures anywhere to help find the best, easiest way to change the driver side turn signal bulb. The headlights are accessible without any removal of sheet metal, why not the turn signals?
Anyone ever do this? Please help!!
Thanks, the HiTechGuy

THERE IS A BLACK PLASTIC COVER ABOVE THE LIGHT UNDER THE HOOD IF YOU TAKE THE CLIP OUT IN THE CORNER YOU WILL SEE THE SCREW HOLDING THE SIGNAL LIGHT REMOVE THE SCREW AND PULL OUT AT THE BOTTOM OF LIGHT .

Funny, I struggled trying to find out how to change the same light bulb, and figured I'd have to in thru the wheel well. A repairman at the Lexus dealer was kind enough to show me the black plastic cover under the hood (above message). After that, it was a breeze to take out the whole lense assembly.
