Hey, it's been like 3 months since i've been on the boards. It's good to be back. Anyway, after contimplating on different swaps and possibilities of starting with a new platform, I've decided to go with a 300zx TT.
I have an uninstalled d16a6 bottom end with a d16z6 head on it, to drop in my car before i get rid of it. I don't have the harness and i'm wondering if it would be better to get a rev activated switch for the vtec and use my stock harness or should i just go ahead and get a vtec harness? I'm going to be throwing hte engine in next weekend and selling the car to defray the cost of the 300zx. I'm trying my harderst to keep it, but it doesn't look likely.

If you are only doing it to sell the car, wy even hook up the vtec? Its not going to sell for that much more without it hooked up.

Actually it probably will around here. The highschool kids that don't know anything, and think that vtec is the best thing since bread and butter, will pay more if they know it has vtec.
