Is it worth buying?

Okay, there is this guy with a 88 HF CRX, with a 96 B18b engine with Je Pistons and Crower rods, MSD Ignition, WW RS Kit, Shitty Fart pipe Exhaust, Baby Blue, Neuspeed Springs, Tokiko Blue shocks, Si interior, ZC Hood, White ADR Revolution Rims (16") all for 2500 bucks.... the engine sounds good, i see no leakes anywhere for oil, pulls hard, brakes hard, rides great!!! I asked him why he's selling, he said he got a VW Beetle Turbo :rolleyes:.......... He has all the parts to make LSVtec, like the b16 head, vtec solenoid, chipped p28 that he will throw in for an extra 500, but i have to get that installed, I am thinking about this seriously, If i dont buy it my friend might, but what do you guys think??? I know the guy, i've talked to him a lot, he works at the local Home Depot, and we talked before a lot, and i drove it a couple times and stuff, and when i saw him today, he said he's selling it, so this guy isnt pulling my chain or anything.....

Is the car legit? 'cause for that price and all that stuff, it seems too good to be true. If it's legit, I'd buy it as fast as I could, you could sell that sucker for 2x as much easily.

thats sounds like a great price...i'd go for it if everything is legit on it...if i was you i'd run a carfax first and see if there is anything he is hiding.

Hey, i just did a car fax, and i got the car gets two thumbs up, its clean, he's the 3rd owner of the car, and he showed me pictures of the install and the motor build and everything and he has a recipt from the junkyard for a 96 LS engine and a 93 teg tranny...... So i guess i might be the new owner of a Baby Blue CRX!!! WHOO HOO!!!! Excpet i wanna keep my hatchie..... but insurance is way toooo much! So i just might swap the engine in my Hatch and put the A6 in the Rex and sell it!! How much u think i can sell it for with the A6 in there? at least 2 grand right?

At least $2k. Btw, my wife is looking for a virgin 90-91 CRX Si, so if anyone knows of one.
