Now as I've have heard from several sources, it is stated that the CTS will be offering a V8 powerplant in the near future, designed to compete with the AMG C32 Kompressor, probable M3 sedan (owing to the hiatus of the M5 sedan starting sometime in 2003, when the 2004 5-Series goes into the market) and possibly a V8 powered IS sedan.
Is this going to happen like in 2004?

the V8 should be the standard engine in the upcoming Cadillac V-Series CTS, which is a sportier, more powerful option package. The CTS-V is rumored to have the LS1 V8, if im not mistaken

The CTS V-series are great cars. The V8 power plant with 300+ HP is amazing. There are other minor changes like a mesh grille and interior changes. I can't wait to see one of these in person.
P.S. Please posts some pics, I can't find any good ones.
