Times for a SR20DET P10

What kind of times should I expect after puting in an SR20DET in to my 91 P10 car? What can I do to the motor before it goes in to be able to turn up the boost? Also, how much bost does a stock DET run? How much is it able to run w/ out motor work? Im just wanting to know if I should beef up motor b-4 it goes in, or if I'll be happy w/ quarter times for now. Lookin to run < mid 14's.

I'm having a great time driving mine. ;)

You can do lots of things to it. You don't need to do any of them to turn up the boost. I know of someone running a stock internals SR20DE with a well executed F-Max kit running 24 psi on pump gas. :D
If you want to turn up the boost, the thing you need most to do is get a new turbo, manifold, injectors, and MAF.

I runs 6 or 7 psi (I can't remember). Internal work is not required to run a lot of boost. What is required is a good manifold, proper turbo sizing, and upgrading the fuel side of the system to accomodate the additional power.
I would not boost a stock DET T25 turbo very high at all. It is a very small turbo and more than a couple psi of additional boost will make it terribly inefficient and that can cause all sorts of problems. There is very little head room for additional boost on a T25.

A stock DET should easily put you under mid 14s (with a FMIC set-up and 2.5" or 3" exhaust).

Injectors? Fuel pump?

I think a stock DET and a set of drag slicks would net a high 13sec 1/4 with a kick butt launch, and about 8-10psi of boost. I've seen a full street trim se-r (i think with even the spare and jack) run a 14.2 on street tires, and that's with part throttle in first and second to keep the wheelspin to a minumum.
Also, 24psi on pump gas? low compression, and H20 injection will allow you to run that much boost on pump gas? I thought that much was only possible on race fuel?
