What is the best brand of paint that is TRULY chrome? I've heard it mentioned before, so i can't remember what its called.

Yes for Alclad. You must airbrush it in two very light coats over a very smooth layer of black enamel, like Testors, or Alclad now has a gloss black base coat for the chrome.
Bare Metal Foil is peel and stick and trim w/ a new #11 Xacto blade. If you're patient and clever, you can do a ton of stuff w/it, even large bumpers. It's fairly easy to work with once you get the hang of it, it's perfect for chrome window trim. It polishes out beautifully w/Novus #2 or Tamiya compound.
