I just got the stillen kit from Luke and I am confused w/ the kit.....The kit seems smaller than the stock front bumber......Is this kit suppose to be a replacement or an add on???Also when u take off your stock kit, do you take off the lenses and foglight to put on the stillen one?? Teach me.......

With mine the Stillen kit just fitted straight over the outside of the bumper. No lights taken out etc.
The whole bumper was taken off though so it could be glued in place and painted correctly before fitting back on.

same with mine, but you have to take out the side markers as the bumper covers them.

I have never really understood why they put them on there in the first place.

I took mine to a plastic welding shop and they done it.
They use an industrial strengh glue that takes about 2 days to "harden".
The brand was called "Salleys"...but you probably dont get that brand in the USA.
Very strong stuff.

Plus rivets are used in the wheel arch where the spoiler attaches to the inner lip of the guard

 Wow I guess yours is permanently on there then. :) I just used three trim screws in each wheel arch and drilled some holes in the front to match the bolts for the licence plate cover. I need to remove it during the winter.

I drilled 4 holes in the wheel arches on each side. turn tire all the way to the left and you can work on the right and vice versa. I also used the double stick tape they provided although it is not really necessary.
