Yellowing Headlights?!

I got my SiR conversion on and I don't like how my headlights have a yellowish tint. How can I get ride of this?!

Unfortunately one of the drawbacks of the siR, it has plastic headlights and yellowing is a common problem. I tinted mine slightly with window tint film, worked a treat and you could hardly tell they were tinted unless you go real up close and personal.

You can buy plastic polish. A bit of that on a soft cloth clears the SiR plastic lenses nicely. Mine go green after a while - same issue

what did you use on the bumper lights to make em black? do they still shine through good?

where can I find that plastic polish??Brand??

I used shit I got at walmart, and yes it still shines through

should i go into walmart and ask for the shit? is that the brand name?

I use Mothers Plastic Polish but have seen an Amway product that works as good. The lights are polycarbonate and only take a mild cut to get them clear again

i used some shit at school that they use on planes its a kit called MIRCO MESH it works hella good two guys polished out there mustang lights,they looked new

Just normal blackout (tint) spray from the local motor factors. Shines through fine during bright sunlight and at night. If you're worried you could always use an amber bulb too.

in oakland ca. its a an aviation school to get my mechanic license
