I also have personally been a satisified user of ProCarParts.com for the last two years.
I have purchased from them ..say maybe about 40 to 60 different times and even resold their goods at swap meets and even on E-bay and Yahoo.
I haven't been burnt by them or any other company on the net, but YES i have had some items come in later than they told me they would be sent.
I also had a $35,000 car sent to me about three weeks after its ship date..so what I'm getting at is ..anything can get screwed up for many reasons.
I'm sorry when anyone gets ripped on purchases , but all of us buyers and of course all of us sellers should try to make our sales and buys easier for all concerened..
