It looks like your vertical splitter in the front grill is way off to the side. It should still be centered. You have the position right as far as how it relates to the mini grill in the upper left hand corner, but your mini grill isn't wide enough I think. Check this out for reference:

http://www.c-west.co.jp/2img/aero/gd/fg2_2.jpg

Here's the official C-West Impreza site in case you didn't have it:
http://www.c-west.co.jp/1_aero/1_gda.html

Otherwise I can't wait to see the finished product...and oh yeah, PLEASE don't put those rims on (I know you're just checking for size but I had to say it).

the splitter should be centered, not off to the side. i'll post pics when i can find them.

edit: nm someone beat me to it, i'm way too slow

btw. everything else looks good. are you planning on making the headlight cover thing too?

OZracing

you know that the rims that are on the real car are available on HLJ and Hobbysearch, right? Fujimi Advan RC II's.

OZracing
12-20-2002, 08:01 PM
i'm not sure of it.....but i will stick to BBS......

12-21-2002, 01:15 AM
IMO you need to get the rims that are on the box to make it look like the real thing

OZracing
12-21-2002, 01:39 AM
yup....although the same rims may make it look like the actual model...but i sort of sticking to BBS for this model....:flipa:

Looking very nice, I'm with Pman, I would use the real versions rims on the model though.

The rims dont realy fit into this car. But other than that, it looks pretty fabulous. I realy like the C-West body kits. Good job. :smoker:

OZracing
12-21-2002, 03:12 AM
hMmmmm.........i think that i really need to reconsider the types of rims i'm going to chose........as most people thinks BBS don't really fits my current model.......;)

Vyacheslav
12-21-2002, 03:37 AM
try some nice 5 spoke rims
now chrome please :):frog:

Love the frontal 3/4 shot :)

Here's another vote against the BBS... it just doesnt look right. Dont think the Veilside looks right either (Veilside on a CWest kit? ).

Go with the real rims (Advan?) though I think it's a puny 17".

How about Yokohama Model 5? :cyclops:

OZracing
12-21-2002, 03:57 AM
eh.......i'll try to get the real rims...as most of the people suggest that should follow the original rims....

Yeah! I saw too, got a few piece and get regret because it looks more like a 16inch rim that most Evo7 given. If it's big enough like 17in or 18in, then I'll put on my Altezza, they share the same rims...IMO:rolleyes:
