front/rear strut bars ride quality?

Do they make the ride quality better, i don't care about handling/cornering, but will they provide a better softer ride?

No they stiffen up the ride, not soften it up. It does make it drive and steer smoother. But if you don't want it for handling don't bother.

You can certainly feel the difference in handling, but if you aren't interested in the handling, don't waste your money.

are the cheap ones on ebay just as good as the expensive ones like DC? Are you just paying extra for the name or is there really a difference?

DC Sports is a piece of crap, you can bend it with your bare hands, just imagine the stress there will be on it in your car. Get a one piece like Neuspeed, it's even cheaper to.
