Hi all, I dont usually make any kits this time of year but I've had a few days off work so thought I'd best start getting rid of my back log so decided to work on this one... Its a built right out of the box Tamiya kit the only thing I have changed is the wheels which were from a S2000 kit and sprayed up white.
Just got a few things to do with it but its more or less complete..
Hope you like it.

A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!! :D :coolguy: Great work!
Did you try to match it to Championship White, or just plain white? I can't tell in the pics...
Those wheels do look pretty hot on it! Good work all around!
(Looks like a good candidate for the AF model o' the year contest!! ;))
I love it! :)

And why does it have the NSX tailpipes, instead of the Type R round pipes?

Jay:- Its just pure white, I've not yet found a close match to championship white, racing white is too creamy and to be honest pure white for this scale is suitable imho. I lost the exhaust assembly as I started this kit ages ago, so had to go out and buy a normal nsx for the exhaust bits, but having said that i have a couple of round tail pipes from the S2000 I 'borrowed' the wheels from, so might replace the oval pipes... I do like the oval ones though. :)

Beautiful white!
I love NSX too. impressive model!
generally, if NSX's roof was painted same body color, it's going to be different style maybe.

Looks cool, Are they stock S2000 wheels? because I always thought S2000's were a lot smaller then NSX's.

They're from the 24245 Tamiya kit, the one with the hard top. Actually I thought the same untill I put them next to the body shell and thought these would look cool.
I'll post another pic when Its 100% complete and when the weather is nice!
