97 T&C - 3.8l - Broken Bolt?

Hello; I've got a 1997 Town and Country with a broken bolt on the engine. I also noticed a little bit of coolant next to where the bolt was broken, but I can't tell where it is leaking from. You can see the head of the broken bolt to the right of the thermostat elbow in this image.

It looks like the intake manifold would have to come off in addition to another part underneath to get to the bolt stud as the bolt broke way down inside. Any ideas, or could I leave it alone?
