New comer from UK

Hi i'm from Somerset, in the UK,

Thought I would introduce myself to you all....

I have a 4th Generation civic with a 1.6 16v dohc non-vtech. it has 16" Team dynamics monzas, K&N 57 I induction kit, janspeed twin pipe backbox, mountney corsa D steering wheel, anodised red gear nob, KDC3090R kenwood head unit, 2x magnat 12" subs, 1 x 1000w boss amp, 1x 500 jensen amp 2x 200w 6x9's and that about it

Welcome to the board. Not having a go at ya but hate it when people use the word VTECH instead of VTEC! You gotta learn some time, I've even seen a lot of car traders uses VTECH!

Like I said I wasn’t having a go at him, just pointing out the facts. In his shoes I’d rather be told the error of my ways then someone laughing behind my back. Back in the days when I didn’t know much about VTEC’s (still don’t ), I was going round calling a VTEC a VTECH (which is a toy company!). I was glad someone told me otherwise.

No it wasn't but he was right i'd rather be told to start off with anyway....

Glad you agree and you’re not offended! Right now that’s all cleared up, hurry up and post some pics, not point in waiting for the blooming son in this country, you’ll be waiting till sometime August if you’re lucky. :stormzap:

hehe uk weather does suck ... this morning it snowed and all the roads where messed up now 8 hours later its all gone weee and it was a good few inches too lol ...

I know you were not trying to have a go at him, and I wasnt trying to flame you or anything...I just thought it was kinda funny. I would also prefer to be corrected...and I have been on many, many occasions.

Where abouts in the UK are you from??

And what cruises if any do you UK boyz attend??

MKS is from Wales, I'm from London. Don't go to many cruises, often go to Honda meets organised by either Honda R or CRX-UK club. A yearly must meet is the JAE at Billing Aquadrome, Northampton (summer meet). http://www.net-pro.net/jae/index.php

i only goto big meets... and now and then ill go to some meets around cardiff and newport area but the cops seem to be stopping quite a lot of it by blocking off nearly every car park hehe.....


I went to Santa Pod in the summer for that ultimate street racer thiny ... that was blooming fun. I did not run my civic but me and my mates brought a saab 9000 turbo and took that up hehe...
