I just installed a BBK throttle body. Worked fine then it started reving. It revs on and off from 2 to 3. Why is this? Please help.

It did come with its own map sensor and tps right? Just check to make sure those 2 connectors arent switched. And make sure your codes are reset by pulling the "backup" fuse for about 10 seconds and putting it back in. Then assure that your throttle cable is not too tight.

HAve you checked to make sure you don't have a vacuum leak or something, or maybe air is being sucked in around the throttle body. If I was you i would get like some wd40 and spray around and see if it stops. This might help, I'm not real sure.

sounds like an air leak to me also, but first check your connections, then spray water around the outside of the TB where it contacts the runners, if you see bubbles form, then you have a leak.
