Probably have brake dust or the discs are crystalized. Or you need new brake pads.

Mine brakes really squeek when you first use them in the morning, I guess they need some time to heat up. I am using stock rotors and pads...

What I have noticed as well is that when I am at a very slow speed (5mphish) and brake very slightly to stop slowly, I notice a "creaking" kind of sound from the front left (maybe) right wheel...I dont know if this is brake or suspension related?

It could be suspension, but I'm not sure. I'd have to hear it myself. If you want, try to see exactly by stepping next to the car and pushing down on the area where you hear the squeeking. If it does it when you do that, then it is the suspension. If not, it might be something else. Sorry couldn't be much more help.
