opera lites

I have a 2000 GM w/vinyl 1/2 roof and one of the opera lites on the side post is out,how can I replace the lamp or troubleshoot why its not lit. thank's

if it was an earlier model i would say the lens just pops off. but thats the old ones like my 90.
