how to disable the airbags

I have a 94 wagon the air bag light is flashing and I can't get it inspected does anyone know how to disable the air bags so I can get this light to go off?

The flashing should be indicating a Lamp Fault Code (LFC). Read the flashes and post back with the code or codes, maybe it's a simple fix and you can easily repair the problem rather than bypass the safety feature.
