Parking brake light problems

The parking brake light on the dash for my 2002 Overland doesn't come on when the parking brake is engaged. Any help would be aprreciated thank you

This sounds like a parking brake switch. The part is about $10-$15 (I've never replaced one on your model - not sure what's involved).

The light is working fine now. I think the switch was sticky because of the cold weather up here in Canada. Thanks for the reply. If it does go faulty again I'll know what to look for. Thanks again and have a Happy New Year JeepForever!
